I needed to figure out how we make that happen, so here’s what we did…

•Created a small, clean & comfortable seating area.

•Have friendly & positive staff with amazing knowledge & gorgeous listening skills.

•Reduced appointments and created diary gaps between clients to minimise client cross over to allow us to focus on you for the entirety of your appointment slot.

•Low lighting.

•’Chilled house’ background music.

•Refreshments available at all times.

•100% confidentiality.

We schedule our days so that when you’re in clinic it’s all about you, so it’s the perfect intimate setting for those who may usually be nervous about entering a salon environment. ✨
