TREATMENT CANCELATION POLICY

If you have an appointment with us and need to cancel simply let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can allocate your appointment time to someone else who may be waiting.

If you have missed an appointment with us or cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to your appointment we will require a deposit upon booking in again. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

If you have missed or cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to your appointment on more than one occasion you will need to pay in full before an appointment is secured for you.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer UK returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to return or exchange an item that is not faulty, the postage for the return will be your responsibility.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear.

• Returned items that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

• Once the returned items have been received, refunds will be processed within 10 days.

• If you are sent the wrong order please contact us within 14 days. Once the order has been returned to us, we will send out your correct order immediately.
